Gal is a co-founder of Comeback.
In 2018, he co-founded Bridges with Sandrine Montsma and Ran Grodecki. Prior to that, he served as managing director of The Portland Trust’s Tel Aviv office, which created impact via economic development in Israel and Palestine.
Gal served as a partner at Apax, focusing on technology investments in the Israeli hi-tech arena, led investments, and served on the board of 15 companies.
Upon the sale of Apax's Venture Portfolio, Gal joined Azini Capital, a secondary private equity investor, and represented the company in Israel for three years. Other positions she held in the Israeli hi-tech industry include research & development project manager at Orbotech Ltd; and executive manager at IBM and at Eli Lilly in its Tel Aviv and Indianapolis offices.
Gal has a BSc in computer science engineering from The Technion Institute of Technology and an MBA from the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.
Gal says, “I believe that providing rehabilitation and employment opportunities for the weaker members of our communities is very important for them and, by extension, for our strength as a society.”
