Comeback’s specialty is breaking the glass ceiling in the world of employment for former offenders. If you want to make a change or advance in the world of employment, we are the address.

Comeback is an independent organization, not subject to any other body. We work in collaboration with a variety of professional sectors in order to reach our target audience and provide them with a unique and comprehensive (holistic) perspective in working with former felons.

The duration of a program varies, depending on the specific program. A program usually extends between several months and a year.

There is no time limit. Whether you were released recently or many years ago, you are welcome to participate.

For participants who already have a steady job, Comeback as part of the employment promotion process, focuses on the aspect of vocational training. After a process of clarifying the employment situation together with the participant, we seek appropriate vocational training. In addition, we help find sources of funding for training through entities such as municipalities, foundations, the Labor Ministry, and voucher programs.

Comeback offers its participants a developmental process whereby they acquire the tools to help them advance in the employment arena. We are not a placement agency or manpower company. We equip our participants with a fishing rod, not the fish.

You can join the Restart program. It is designed for people who cannot find work or are seeking a higher paying job. The purpose of the program is to create employment stability; that is, to help participants find a fulfilling job and stay in it.

You can participate in the Nitzotzot program. It is designed for people who have occupational stability and want to advance in the workforce. The program provides a wide range of tools for promotion in various contexts, such as in one’s current place of work; in seeking a new workplace; in professional training in the field; or changing one’s field of employment.
