Nitzotzot
The program is designed for former offenders employed in low-level jobs who want to climb higher on the employment ladder. The program includes a process of coaching and personal empowerment, along with guidance in selecting courses and workshops which ultimately render them with vocational or other certification. This provides participants with practical tools to obtain jobs that optimally reflect their aspirations and abilities in a way that will improve their self-image and lifestyle.

The process includes:
• Creating an employment vision
• Examining the programming of a professional direction based on life experience and the desires and abilities of the participant
• Financial management
• Clarification, locating, and raising funding for relevant professional training
• The program is tailor-made for each participant. It can range from an internal change in the employment experience to comprehensive changes in the line of work.
